While waiting for the details to appear on Telegram I'd like to remind everyone of what GBX is all about:

The Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX) intends to build a world leading token sale platform and digital asset exchange. GBX is a subsidiary of the EU-regulated Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX).

Launching in 2018, GBX vision encompasses:

(a)    a token sale / ICO platform for utility tokens that satisfy admission rules and a strict due diligence process;
(b)    a high-quality digital asset exchange, listing tokens that meet an institutional grade approval process, and
(c)     a fully tokenised stock exchange providing a path from initial token sale to funding via traditional bond markets or equity issuances.

The GBX team completed its global roadshow, sharing the message of both its Exchange, and the work of Gibraltar as one of the first jurisdictions to support the new crypto-economy.

At the beginning of January 2018, the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) introduced a new license regime, and is now one of the first jurisdictions in the world to provide regulatory certainty for companies utilizing Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). DLT Regulations (GFSC).

The GBX will apply for a DLT Provider’s license from the GFSC.

The GBX team is also excited to introduce plans for the RockToken (RKT) serving its ecosystem in three primary ways:

1.  Signal community membership and shared buy-in in the overall vision
2.  Deliver a premium experience for certain users and traders corresponding to their comfort with the industry
3.  Incentivize and reward community members for upholding GBX values of transparency
